Mission:

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to handle projects for Electronic Payment systems (ATM, POS, Cards, VISA, Mastercard). The E-Payment Project Manager must be able to gather requirements from the banks, conduct a technical analysis and plan the implementation up until delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Banks requirements, write specifications and plan for solutions implementation.
  • Communicate with Vendors in order to benchmark and plan project implementation.
  • Manage projects and organize steering committees.
  • Create and maintain documentation on E-Payment systems and processes.
  • Write test plan, define test scope and organize & participate to the testing phase.
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge on new E-Payment technologies and schemes (VISA, Mastercard).

Required Education & Experience:

  • University degree in IT.
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar IT position.
  • Good level in English (writing and speaking).
  • Willing to work in an International environment.

Required competencies:

  • Strong analytical mind and strong experience with E-Payment technologies.
  • Understand perfectly the E-Payment concepts (acquiring, issuing, online transaction, dual message).
  • Relevant experience in project management strong methodology.
  • Knowledge of EMV Standards and test process.
  • Strong technical skills, being able to handle the projects end to end.
  • Experience with card schemes (VISA, Mastercard, Union-Pay) and certification.

  • Be autonomous to make right technical decisions in the course of its duties. Constantly updating technical knowledge.
  • Advise and participate in technical projects using Agile methodology.
  • Assist and advise the product Owner and the team in the development choices.
  • Analyzing, writing, testing and maintaining software within bank projects.
  • Creating tests plans, problem-solving and correcting software defects.
  • Adhering to in-house quality procedures.

 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree. Computer Science/Engineering. (mandatory)

  Technical Skills Required

  • JAVA / J2EE, Javascript, Angular, HTML, XML, Jboss, UML, SVN, Maven, Junit
  • Familiar with ESB and business services architecture

 Language skills

  • Good command in English.
  • French reading is a plus.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze the customer requirement and understand functional requirements to design test cases accordingly to be executed
  • Execute test cases within test plan and create test reports to describe software evaluation, testing and correction
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for new or updated software projects
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, coordinate testing activities, and perform thorough testing when bugs are resolved
  • Defect management: perform defect logging, follow defect life cycle and create defect reports
  • Update and maintain all test artefacts within the centralized test management tool, and test assets owned by QA team
  • Participate in the QA process improvement (Designing and improving QA Process)
  • Preparing Summary Reports
  • Work with customers at all levels of business, agility in day to day tasks, and proactively solve problems

 

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters / University degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.

 

Language skills

  • Must possess excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) to be able to work with international customers (France, Laos, Cambodia, ...)
  • French Language is mandatory

 

Experience and Skills

  • Education in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or any related fields.
  • 4/5 years experience in developing test plans, test specifications, test cases and test data creation.
  • Core banking knowledge and previous professional experience in Banking projects
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

Required competencies:
