Mission

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, with both functional and technical background of Banking industry (Core Banking, Risks and Compliance) and Project Management skills. Motivated candidate must be able to gather requirements, write specifications, lead implementation and deployments, have a strong analytical mind and be an excellent communicator. Responsibilities

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the Retail, SME or Corporate banking domains is required. Ideally this should be in an international context with exposure to a number of geographical and cultural regions.
  • Functional Bank Knowledge in Core Banking (i.e. Accounting, Letters Of Credit, Loans and Deposits, Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Bills and Collections, Fund Transfer, Payments and Collections, Securities, Data Entry, Accounts …), Risks and Compliance.
  • Experience in end-to end implementation of Core Banking.
  • Expertise in the functional workflows of the Core Banking products.
  • Experience with Flexcube Core Banking system (Oracle) is a plus.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) to be able to work with international customers (France, India, Laos, Cambodia, Fiji, Vanuatu...).

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to handle support and projects of Electronic Payment systems (ATM, POS, Cards, VISA, Mastercard). The System Analyst must be able to analyze systems issues & incidents, investigate them and organize their resolution path in relation with vendors and other team members. The position will also require the candidate to participate to projects & change requests, by gathering requirements from the banks, conduct a technical analysis and plan the implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle applications support for the E-Payment systems.
  • Investigate issues & incidents, find root cause and plan.
  • Test delivered bug fixes and carry the resolution until delivery in production.
