Mission:

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to handle projects for Electronic Payment systems (ATM, POS, Cards, VISA, Mastercard). The E-Payment Project Manager must be able to gather requirements from the banks, conduct a technical analysis and plan the implementation up until delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Banks requirements, write specifications and plan for solutions implementation.
  • Communicate with Vendors in order to benchmark and plan project implementation.
  • Manage projects and organize steering committees.
  • Create and maintain documentation on E-Payment systems and processes.
  • Write test plan, define test scope and organize & participate to the testing phase.
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge on new E-Payment technologies and schemes (VISA, Mastercard).

Required Education & Experience:

  • University degree in IT.
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar IT position.
  • Good level in English (writing and speaking).
  • Willing to work in an International environment.

Required competencies:

  • Strong analytical mind and strong experience with E-Payment technologies.
  • Understand perfectly the E-Payment concepts (acquiring, issuing, online transaction, dual message).
  • Relevant experience in project management strong methodology.
  • Knowledge of EMV Standards and test process.
  • Strong technical skills, being able to handle the projects end to end.
  • Experience with card schemes (VISA, Mastercard, Union-Pay) and certification.

  • Able to solve the Batch abends which Global Operations Support team cannot and able to escalate to the next level
  • Able to go to the root of the problem
  • Resolve non critical abends
  • Resolve conflicts in batch
  • Manages incidents & problems
  • Performs root cause analysis of issues and aims at reducing their occurrences
  • Spufi requests
  • Work closely with onsite and offshore application and IT teams
  • Co-ordinate with developers to fix the job for future
  • Create New jobs/Applications for developer
  • Create Calendars/ Run cycles as per the scheduling requirement
  • Deliver projects in UAT, Production

  • Provides level 2 (technical support) on business applications

 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree BSc. Computer Science. (mandatory)

  Language skills

  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking).

 Experience and Skills

  • Z/OS
  • At least 5 years of hands on experience in OPC Batch Scheduling
  • Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering
  • Some development skills as occasional scripting skills will put to use
  • Good knowledge in Mainframe, JCL, DB2, Spufi
  • Very clear communication skills both written and oral
  • Able to drive/recommend solutions to extended technology team

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Review full-set of month-end and year-end closing transactions and operations (including AR, AP, GL, TAX, VAT, WHT, CIT) to ensure financial reporting are timely, accurately complete and complying with local accounting standards
  • Review all account reconciliations monthly and ensure pending are followed-up
  • Act as a back-up person for both Accountant in performing day-to-day operations and Manager in performing review and reports in case of absence
  • Control and manage annually physical checking of fixed asset
  • To ensure that the company complies with all local legislation with the timely filing of all tax and other required forms
  • Support Annual Budget, forecasting, cost & financial control and presentation reports to Management team
  • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain proper internal control system to align with other operational departments
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors, related government authorities, and headquarter office in Europe
  • To lead, coach, and develop accounting team to upgrade their level of skills
  • Support any other tasks and ad-hoc assignments assigned by Manger and Management team

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting & Tax & Finance with at least 2 years in supervisor level or higher (multinational service company is preferable)
  • CPD License required / BOI-related experience will be advantage
  • Strong knowledge in accounting operations, fixed asset, tax, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize with a high sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel
  • Good interpersonal and English business communication skill (both written and spoken

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze the customer requirement and understand functional requirements to design test cases accordingly to be executed
  • Execute test cases within test plan and create test reports to describe software evaluation, testing and correction
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for new or updated software projects
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, coordinate testing activities, and perform thorough testing when bugs are resolved
  • Defect management: perform defect logging, follow defect life cycle and create defect reports
  • Update and maintain all test artefacts within the centralized test management tool, and test assets owned by QA team
  • Participate in the QA process improvement (Designing and improving QA Process)
  • Preparing Summary Reports
  • Work with customers at all levels of business, agility in day to day tasks, and proactively solve problems

 

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters / University degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.

 

Language skills

  • Must possess excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) to be able to work with international customers (France, Laos, Cambodia, ...)
  • French Language is mandatory

 

Experience and Skills

  • Education in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or any related fields.
  • 4/5 years experience in developing test plans, test specifications, test cases and test data creation.
  • Core banking knowledge and previous professional experience in Banking projects
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience using a test management tool
