Mission:

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to handle projects for Electronic Payment systems (ATM, POS, Cards, VISA, Mastercard). The E-Payment Project Manager must be able to gather requirements from the banks, conduct a technical analysis and plan the implementation up until delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Banks requirements, write specifications and plan for solutions implementation.
  • Communicate with Vendors in order to benchmark and plan project implementation.
  • Manage projects and organize steering committees.
  • Create and maintain documentation on E-Payment systems and processes.
  • Write test plan, define test scope and organize & participate to the testing phase.
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge on new E-Payment technologies and schemes (VISA, Mastercard).

Required Education & Experience:

  • University degree in IT.
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar IT position.
  • Good level in English (writing and speaking).
  • Willing to work in an International environment.

Required competencies:

  • Strong analytical mind and strong experience with E-Payment technologies.
  • Understand perfectly the E-Payment concepts (acquiring, issuing, online transaction, dual message).
  • Relevant experience in project management strong methodology.
  • Knowledge of EMV Standards and test process.
  • Strong technical skills, being able to handle the projects end to end.
  • Experience with card schemes (VISA, Mastercard, Union-Pay) and certification.

Main Responsibilities:

   Support & maintenance

  • Provides level 2 (technical support) on business applications.
  • Manages incidents & problems.
  • Performs root cause analysis of issues and aims at reducing their occurrences.
  • Configures of monitoring system – at application level.
  • Performs routine application maintenance & troubleshooting tasks.
  • Delegates (with appropriate training & documentation) level 1 support & monitoring tasks to 24/7 Operations Center team.

     Releases & deployments management

  • Develops release and build infrastructure.
  • Designs and run quality tests on the builds and releases.
  • Creates packages, builds, releases and patches as well as software deliverables.
  • Improves deployment procedures with automation and documentation.
  • Performance management
  • Identifies – with help of Core Infrastructure teams – root causes for performance issues.
  • Gives recommendations for enhancing performance, identifying the most practical alternative solutions and assisting with modifications.
  • Disaster Recovery Program
  • Participates in strategy and design, cooperating with business continuity stakeholders
  • Implements, Tests and Documents through annual campaigns

  • Collaborates with other team to design application architectures focusing on availability, resiliency, performance and security
  • Is involved in the follow up of global project portfolio management to be able to anticipate tasks and manage workload efficiently

Main Objectives and Activities :

  • Able to solve the Batch abends which Global Operations Support team cannot and able to escalate to the next level
  • Able to go to the root of the problem
  • Resolve non critical abends
  • Resolve conflicts in batch
  • Manages incidents & problems
  • Performs root cause analysis of issues and aims at reducing their occurrences
  • Spufi requests
  • Work closely with onsite and offshore application and IT teams
  • Co-ordinate with developers to fix the job for future
  • Create New jobs/Applications for developer
  • Create Calendars/ Run cycles as per the scheduling requirement
  • Deliver projects in UAT, Production
  • Contribution to continuous improvement of IT production processes
  • Delegates (with appropriate training & documentation) level 1 support & monitoring tasks to 24/7 Operations Center team
  • Provides level 2 (technical support) on business applications

 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree BSc. Computer Science. (mandatory)

  Language skills

  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking).

 Experience and Skills

  • Z/OS
  • At least 5 years of hands on experience in OPC Batch Scheduling
  • Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering
  • Some development skills as occasional scripting skills will put to use
  • Good knowledge in Mainframe, JCL, DB2, Spufi
  • Very clear communication skills both written and oral
  • Able to drive/recommend solutions to extended technology teams
