Mission:

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our QA team and participate to the testing phase of E-Payment Projects. The Quality Assurance officer must be able to perform end-to-end testing, keep the test cases up to date and support our banks during their UAT phases.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate to E-Payment projects: ATM or EDC new features, Credit cards or new cards features, integration to new network (Union Pay, JCB …) or activation of new services (DCC) …
  • Create fully comprehensive test cases and test plan.
  • Perform end-to-end testing to ensure the quality of the projects deliveries.
  • Interact with vendors for bugs resolution.
  • Support the banks for UAT activities during release cycles.
  • Ensure all tests are conducted and documented according the BRED standards & methodology.
  • Participate to test automation tools implementation.
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge on E-Payment technologies (ATM, EDC, Cards, VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay …).
  • Apply and maintain the standard/methodologies/good practices of the QA/Testing framework.

 

 

Required Education & Experience:

  • University degree in IT.
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar QA position.
  • Good level in English (writing and speaking).
  • Willing to work in an International environment.

 

Required competencies:

  • Strong analytical and methodological mindset.
  • Curious and pro-active.
  • Good technical skills, being able to speak with System Analysts and vendors.
  • Capability to work on different technologies and different applications

 

Extra appreciated competencies:

  • Experience in E-payment with ATM and/or EDC systems.
  • Knowledges of banking concepts and core-banking systems.

Main Objectives and Activities

  • This position is responsible for IT team management, project management support activity
  • Being responsible for timeline and resource management.
  • Leading projects; developing and maintaining manpower plans for staff involved; resolving resource conflicts and monitoring deployment of individuals to ensure that they are contributing effectively while developing skills and experience.

 

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters / University degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.

 

 

Language skills

Position Summary

LA BRED BANK is taking part of the implementation of an end-to-end Oracle management platform offering complete and flexible pricing and billing capabilities to its business framework. The system analyst is responsible of supporting and developing the joint (LA BRED & Oracle) built pricing & billing intelligence which is hosted in LA BRED’s environment and that is responsible of the financial aspect of the set of the Bank’s products and services.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Support and guide the pricing/billing Software ORMB Development and maintenance Lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot the batch billing processing when needed in UAT/PROD
  • Consult on issues of moderate technical complexity and route more advanced questions to the right resources throughout the Oracle SR platform.
  • Create and maintain formal documentation, both technical and non-technical, to describe every ORMB intervention
  • Gather, analyze, and define business requirements for our banking products and services.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to track the status of identified problems and drive them towards solution.
  • As part of a project team, support test plan development, help to identify test data, and take part in the actual testing phase of the SDLC if necessary.
  • Support and guide the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Support production releases

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science

 

Experience and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis and system support across multiple platforms
  • Experience in one or more Oracle Revenue Management & Billing implementations.
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework SDK and back-end configuration of ORMB tool
  • Experience with Agile, Iterative and Waterfall software development methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal communications with strong team orientation
  • Organized with strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Flexibility to quickly adjust to changing requirements and new applications or procedures
  • Strong skills and experience with analyzing production patterns and volumes to effectively grasp customer impact and support production issues with appropriate urgency
  • Extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication
  • Knowledge of web services, XML, Queuing Systems and Financial Systems
